Microsoft 365 Applications are designed to Work Together in Harmony (Recording now available)

Microsoft 365 is an integrated suite of Microsoft products, designed to work together to maximize the productivity of your employees. In our latest Solutions for Success webinar we demo our AskServiceDesk.com solution to illustrate how you can build a simple ticketing system using Microsoft apps in a low/no code fashion, without the need to purchase costly software.

Microsoft 365 provides low code / no code development for users

With low code/no code development, the idea is to put simple processes together to build applications and do the things you need to do without any development or coding knowledge. We’ll show you how we built our AskServiceDesk.com ticketing system to provide support to our clients. We utilized all the apps below to extend our White Glove service for our clients.

  • Microsoft Forms: easily create surveys and polls to collect customer feedback, measure employee satisfaction and organize team events.
  • Microsoft Power Automate: Meet changing business demands with robotic process automation, create processes easily to boost efficiencies and enhance workflows. Expand your capabilities and automate securely and quickly.
    • Power Automate has templates that can be used to for other tasks you may have, such as sending a gmail attachment to a Dropbox folders; survey creation; text sends and more. The expansive template library enables organizations to automate tasks within ERP and CRM systems or Microsoft Teams, or connect to other non-Microsoft software that you may use.
  • Microsoft SharePoint: Share and manage content, knowledge and applications to empower teamwork, quickly organize and find information and collaborate across your organization.
  • Microsoft List: this app allows you to track information and organize work. It’s simple, smart and flexible so you can stay on top of what matters most – via a web browser or a mobile device.
  • Microsoft Teams: Work with teammates via secure meetings, document collaboration and built-in client storage. Do it all in Microsoft Teams.

Support our Holiday Fundraiser

Point Alliance has supported the Daily Bread Food Bank nearly every year since 2010. As the years go by, we have seen more and more visits made to our local food banks. 1.6 million food bank visits in Toronto were recorded in the last year. As this is the highest number ever recorded in the city’s history, Point Alliance has decided to, once again, partner with the Daily Bread Food Bank to help address this issue.

To support Daily Bread, Point Alliance has a goal to raise $10,000 to help those in need. In 2020-2021, we exceeded our goal and raised $10,600 for Daily Bread. If we could do it before, we are confident that we can do it again! But, just like last time, we will need your help to do it!

Did you Know?

  • A donation of $1 will provide 1 meal to an individual or family that is facing food insecurity.
  • Or that $10 will provide 10 fresh meals.
  • Even $25 can give a family of four, 2-3 days’ worth of meals to eat!

Your donation options are endless and can make the biggest difference in someone’s life. If everyone in the world donated just $1, we could provide 7.8 billion meals. No matter how big or small, your donation WILL make an impact and be greatly appreciated.
