Job Description:
In this role, you will be required to design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications in a Microsoft SharePoint environment. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solution implementation projects
- Advise clients on best practices and design patterns for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Develop and test solution components and leverage CI/CD best practices
- Provide technical expertise to our project team on industry best practices
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using a methodical diagnosis
- Design high-level solution designs and accompanying estimates for proposals
- Mentor junior SharePoint developers and participate in team code reviews and walkthroughs
- Occasionally prepare and present online webinars on relevant topics

Required skills:
- On-Premises SharePoint (2016 or 2019) , SharePoint Online, SharePoint Workflow, and Power Automate experience
- SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration using SPMT and commercially available tools
- Experience with Azure technologies, power apps, .NET Standard, and .NET Core
- Developing SharePoint Web Parts using SPFx
- Strong work-ethic, self-motivated, focused, creative, enthusiastic
- Works well in a team and independently
- Able to work with users while managing expectations and requirements
- Quick learner and problem solver
- Able to troubleshoot and research challenging technical issues
