Celebrating 19 Years at Point Alliance: A Foreword
We are immensely proud and elated to commemorate 19 years of IT solutions that have helped over 300 organizations grow and excel in their respective industries.
In the past 19 years, we have seen some wonderful accomplishments, exciting events, and unexpected changes (re: pandemic) inside and outside of the workplace.
We would like to give a special thanks to our staff, for their commitment to delivering the highest quality of expertise to our clients. To our partners, for their continued support and shared goals. And, last but not least, to our clients, who give us purpose and enjoyment in our work.

Looking Back at Point Alliance: Top 9 in 19 Years
A lot can happen in 19 years. To recap our history and celebrate our anniversary, we’re sharing our top 9 moments in the past 19 years.
#1: When We Started
Of course, the most important event in our history is the conception of Point Alliance. In July of 2002, two partners launched a boutique IT firm to help businesses leverage value from their IT investments. And so, Point Alliance was born.
#2: When We Achieved the Highest Status
Point Alliance is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner and has accumulated numerous competencies at the gold level over the years. Achieving this status was a true reflection of our service and the expertise of our team.
#3: When We Won Gold
In 2018, Point Alliance wont the coveted 2018 IAMCP Canadian P2P Gold Award, among a group of equally excellent competitors.
#4: When We Joined the Fight Against Hunger
Point Alliance has long been a supporter of Daily Bread TO, whose mission is to alleviate hunger in Toronto. Our most recent contribution was the 2019 food sorting challenge and raising $10k in 2020 for the non-profit.
#5: When We Scored Big
Working on Hockey Canada’s website for the 2018 Olympics and Paralympics was a memorable moment for us. Our case study for this project was a finalist in 3 categories at the 2018 Eddie and Ozzie Folio Awards!
#6: When We Made An IMPACT
In 2008, Microsoft IMPACT Awards selected Point Alliance as a finalist for “Data Management Solution of the Year” in recognition for excellence in innovative Microsoft solutions.
#7: When We Excelled in Customer Satisfaction
We have always maintained an above average customer retention rate, but receiving a CSAT KPI index of 97.8% in 2012 was a rewarding moment for us. Our customers are truly the heart of our business, and we cannot thank them enough for their loyalty.
#8: When We Created a Positive Workplace
Point Alliance was named as a finalist for “Best Tech Work Culture” at the 2019 Timmy Awards. We aim first and foremost to create an inclusive and equal-opportunity workplace.
As a socially-conscious company, we also strive to contribute our resources to our local community and encourage our employees to do the same through organized initiatives.
#9: Where We Are Now
The most relevant milestone is the one we are now celebrating — 19 years of success! We have thrived in an industry that is constantly evolving and look forward to what the future holds in this new world.

After four months of hard work and adjustments, pointalliance.com has been reimagined. As we look back at and celebrate 19 years, we are also looking forward to the future with a new look for Point Alliance.
Our aim with the design was to refresh the website and keep it current with a theme of simplicity and hints of bold color. As a leader in information technology services, it was important to us that our website be simple, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing on the eyes.
The top priority in our process was to clearly convey who we are and what we offer. This is reflected in our Home, Company, Management Team, and Services pages. Additionally, we have integrated our Blog and News content into various pages to make the latest updates and tips in IT and our company more accessible.
We would like to give special thanks to our team and designer for investing their time and energy to produce a reimagined destination for Point Alliance.
