The Children’s Aid Society of Toronto contracted with Point Alliance Inc. to develop a lotus notes based training database. The end product surpassed our expectations. Point Alliance was incredibly responsive to our needs and worked in collaboration with us to ensure the end product was user friendly. They helped us troubleshoot along the way and provided valuable input, from their expertise, about what would and would not work within our organization. We are very pleased with the end product and the service we received throughout the development of the database.
